Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the Iraq operations and the Franchise management.
- Oversee the process of obtaining and renewing all governmental and operational licenses.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor laws and internal company policies.
- Support daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external authorities to facilitate operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR and administration experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of HR procedures, licensing processes, and Iraqi labor law.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in Arabic, English, and Kurdish.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
