Our client who is a leading company in IT solutions in Baghdad, Is seeking a qualified IT Support Engineer to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

Baghdad - Mansour 

Working time

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM  / 5 Days a week

Salary range

1,000,000 - 1,250,000 IQD

Responsibilities

  •  Diagnose and resolve Windows-related issues, including performance problems, BSOD errors, recovery loops, driver conflicts, and basic hardware faults.
  • Perform first-level network troubleshooting, covering DHCP, DNS, VPN connectivity, and general network topology issues.
  • Manage tickets within the ticketing system: log issues accurately, assign priorities, and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and assist users with operational issues.
  • Handle daily IT operations such as device and workstation setup, software installation, and user access provisioning.
  • Maintain IT asset records, ensure device compliance, and support lifecycle tracking and reporting.
  • Follow IT security best practices, ensuring proper data protection and adherence to company policies.
  • Identify recurring technical problems and proactively suggest solutions or process improvements to enhance IT service quality.

Qualifications

  • English Level: Minimum B2, with the ability to write business-ready emails, reports, and documentation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of professional IT support experience (not less than 18 months).
  • Preference: Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in NGOs will be given priority.
  • Communication Skills: High communication skills and strong customer-handling ability; must deal with users professionally, respectfully, and with strong work ethics.
  • Multitasking & Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and de-escalate incidents calmly.
  • Documentation: Ability to prepare, update, and maintain user guides, procedures, and IT documentation.
  • Professional Conduct: Reliable, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
