Real Estate Field Sales Representative

Our client, a leading multi-platform digital marketplace in Iraq, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Field Sales Representative to join their team in Baghdad, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, or Basra to onboard real estate agencies and drive growth.
Location
Erbil - Sulaymaniyah - Basra - Baghdad
Working time
9 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,250,000 – 1,500,000 IQD per month

Responsibilities
- • Prospect and target real estate agencies, independent brokers, and developers in your assigned territory.
- • Conduct in-person visits and product demos using a company-provided tablet to showcase PropTech CRM tools.
- • Onboard new clients by assisting with account setup, profile creation, and initial property listings.
- • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for verified agency sign-ups and active listings.
Qualifications
- • 2–3+ years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or B2B sales within Iraq's property market.
- • Must possess a reliable personal vehicle and a valid Iraqi driver's license for daily field visits.
- • Excellent Arabic communication skills (Kurdish is a strong plus for Erbil & Sulaymaniyah).
- • Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and CRM systems for daily reporting and presentations.
