Our client who is one of the largest and 1st established shopping centers in Baghdad, Is seeking a qualified General Manager to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the establishment.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for growth, brand partnerships, and customer engagement to position the asset as a leading retail destination in the city.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail property, including facilities management, security, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports including P&L performance, CAPEX, and OPEX control.
- Collaborate with the leasing team on tenant mix strategy and oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and occupancy targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management in real estate projects or shopping centers.
- least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Proven track record in financial management, leasing oversight, tenant relations, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and operational mindset.
