Our client who is a leading company in Food and Beverages in Erbil , Is seeking a qualified Accountant & Cost Controller to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable and monitor cash flow.
- Control operational costs and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
- Prepare daily and weekly cost reports for the restaurant.
- Analyze food and beverage costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with inventory and kitchen teams to ensure accurate cost control.
- Handle purchasing activities, including vendor communication, price comparison, and purchase order processing.
- Maintain proper records of purchases and ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and cost control, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, English, and Kurdish.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
