With more than 12 years of experience across multiple sectors of the Iraqi job market, Ayat Mohammed has built her career at the intersection of people, business, and leadership.

But long before MasterMinds became a company, there was something Ms. Ayat had always been naturally good at: seeing potential in people and knowing where they could make the greatest impact.

She has been on both sides of the table — as a professional navigating the job market, as a leader hiring and developing talent, and as an entrepreneur building a business from the ground up.

Before founding MasterMinds, Ms. Ayat held senior managerial positions with major international companies, including Country Manager roles where she led teams of hundreds and was responsible for people, performance, operations, and business growth.

Throughout her career, she excelled at understanding people’s strengths, recognizing what they were capable of, and putting the right person in the right place. As she moved into senior leadership roles, that instinct became an essential part of how she built teams, solved problems, and grew businesses.

That experience shaped MasterMinds into what it is today: not simply a recruitment company, but a business partner built around a deeper understanding of people, businesses, and the realities of the Iraqi market.
