Responsibili
- * Source and recruit sales representatives.
- * Manage the full recruitment process.
- * Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and select the most suitable profiles.
- * Monitor new employees’ performance during the probation period.
- * Prepare regular HR and recruitment reports.
Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in a medical-related field (Pharmacy preferred).
- * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- * Must have experience in recruiting sales representatives or within the sales sector.
