Our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical distribution sector, is seeking a qualified HR Specialist to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Baghdad - Al Saadoun
Working time
7 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
2,000,000 - 3,500,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Manage and digitalize HR processes through the company’s ERP/system, excluding payroll.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Ensure all employee documents and HR records are properly registered and maintained in soft copy within the system.
- Follow up with management regarding assigned HR tasks, requirements, and missions.
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with management on candidate selection.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or familiarity with another ERP/HR management system.
