Our client, a leading company in the Interior Design sector, is seeking a qualified Interior Design & Shop Drawing Engineer to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities
- Prepare complete and accurate 2D/3D drawings, shop drawings, technical details, and execution drawings for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Develop detailed production drawings for joinery, carpentry, CNC works, custom furniture, metal works, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, and other fit-out elements.
- Convert architectural and interior design concepts into practical, technically executable, and production-ready drawings.
- Coordinate directly with carpenters, CNC operators, welders, metal workers, site teams, designers, and project managers to ensure drawings are understood and executed correctly.
- Conduct required workshop/site follow-ups, resolve technical issues, revise drawings according to actual conditions, and ensure final drawings are suitable for fabrication, installation, and project execution.
Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience in Interior Design, Technical Drawings, Shop Drawings, or Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, 3ds Max, Shop Drawings, Execution/Working Drawings, 3D Modeling, and Visualization.
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery, carpentry, furniture detailing, CNC works, metal works, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, materials, and fabrication methods.
- Practical understanding of how interior elements are manufactured, fabricated, assembled, and installed, with the ability to communicate technical drawings directly to workshop and site teams.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools and workflows for concept development, visualization, rendering, design development, and presentation is highly preferred.
