Our client who is a leading company specialized in the field of Manufacturing in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
2,500,000IQD - 3,000,000IQD

Responsibilities
- Review and approve journal entries before final posting.
- Supervise the accounting team, organize workflow, and assign tasks.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports within set deadlines.
- Perform monthly and annual closing procedures.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts on a regular basis.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies properly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proven experience in: Financial reporting, monthly and annual closing, bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
