Our client, a leading company in the cosmetics and beauty industry, is seeking an experienced Social Media Team Leader to manage its digital presence, drive audience engagement, and support marketing objectives across multiple platforms.

7 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,500,000-2,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the social media team, ensuring high-quality and timely content delivery.
- Develop and implement monthly content plans, campaigns, promotions, and event coverage.
- Manage and optimize content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, content creators, PR teams, and brand managers to produce engaging content.
- Monitor content and campaign performance, analyze insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, views, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and team leadership.
- Previous experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market demands.
- Good knowledge of content creation, photography basics, and digital advertising.
