Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain & Shipping Coordinator to manage supplier communications, coordinate shipping operations, and support efficient supply chain activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English.

Salary range
850,000-1,000,000 IQD per month

Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with international suppliers, particularly in China.
- Manage purchase orders from placement through final delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping companies and customs clearance agents to ensure timely and efficient shipments.
- Handle import/export documentation and shipping processes.
- Research and identify new suppliers to expand the company's supplier network.
- Monitor shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare reports related to supply chain and shipping activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Shipping, or Logistics.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
