Our client, a leading company specializing in architectural design and construction
in Iraq, is seeking a qualified Architect – Civil Engineer to fill this position and
play a vital role in the overall success of the company.
Location
Baghdad - Mansour
Working time
9 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
750,000 - 1,500,000 per month

Responsibilities
- - Prepare layouts, shop drawings, and detail drawings for construction work.
- - Conduct quantity surveys and prepare Bills of Quantities.
- - Create 3D models and designs using Revit or 3ds Max.
- - Export clear, execution-ready drawings for site teams.
- - Conduct periodic site visits to monitor quality and execution.
- - Coordinate with teams and management to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- - Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- - Strong knowledge of construction materials and execution methods.
- - Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of the design-to-execution process.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
