Our client, a leading company in the Marketing sector, is seeking a qualified Art Director to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Salary range
1,750,000 - 2,500,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Interpret creative briefs and identify strong conceptual and visual opportunities.
- Develop campaign concepts independently and in collaboration with copywriters and other creatives.
- Translate strategic and communication objectives into clear creative ideas.
- Develop key visuals and campaign territories from concept through execution.
- Personally execute high-quality layouts and key creative assets.
- Develop ideas across outdoor, digital, social, print and other touchpoints.
- Set the visual direction for photography, film, illustration, 3D and other production when required.
- Develop moodboards, references and clear visual production briefs.
Qualifications
- Mid-Senior to Senior level experience.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to originate ideas from a communication brief.
- Strong visual problem-solving, excellent art direction and sound visual judgment.
- High-quality hands-on design and execution, with a strong grasp of composition, typography, hierarchy, colour and image treatment.
- The ability to develop an idea beyond a single key visual into a coherent campaign, with strong visual storytelling.
- An understanding of photography, casting, styling, lighting and production.
- An understanding of different brand identities and tones.
