a qualified Senior Call Centre Agent to fill this position and play a vital role in the
overall success of the company.

Working time
9 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
750,000 IQD + Benfits per month

Responsibilities
- - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing accurate information about real estate projects and housing complexes.
- - Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- - Contribute to training and guiding new team members.
- - Prepare periodic reports on call performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- - Proven experience in call centres or customer service.
- - Background in real estate or sales is an advantage.
- - Proficiency in computer use and CRM systems.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse client profiles.
