Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or SOCPA
- Minimum 7–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong expertise in Real estate finance, Capital project management, Advanced financial modeling and Financial governance and internal controls
