Responsibilities
- • Direct and oversee daily operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- • Formulate and execute strategic operational plans aligned with corporate growth targets.
- • Streamline processes and value chains to optimize operational costs and drive profitability.
- • Supervise department heads and monitor divisional performance KPIs.
- • Mitigate operational risks and spearhead business transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- • 7–10+ years of proven leadership experience, including 3+ years in an executive capacity (COO / Operations Director).
- • Demonstrated success in scaling operations, leading large teams, and driving organizational growth.
- • Strong strategic foresight, financial acumen, and high-level decision-making skills.
- • Bachelor's degree required (MBA or equivalent preferred).
