Our client, a leading company in the Building Materials sector, is seeking a qualified Commercial Lawyer to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Working time
8 Hours per day / 5 Days a week
Salary range
800,000 - 1,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on legal and administrative transactions for the companies.
- Liaise with the Companies Registration Department, General Tax Authority, and Social Security Department regarding amendments, and renewals.
- Follow up on customs transactions, trademark registrations, and other relevant government procedures.
- Follow up on outstanding customer debts, coordinate collection efforts, and take the necessary legal actions when required.
- Provide legal and administrative support to the companies and follow up on their day-to-day requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law and licensed to practice as a lawyer.
- Experience in handling legal transactions and dealing with government departments.
- Owns a private vehicle and is willing to travel as required for work.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and ensure timely completion within established deadlines.
