Our client, a leading company specialized in ERP systems, communication, and surveillance solutions in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Sales Engineer. This role plays a vital part in the company’s success by identifying clients’ technical needs, presenting secure and efficient ERP and system solutions, and supporting sales growth while ensuring customer security and satisfaction

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 Days a week

800,000-1,000,000

Responsibilities
- • Manage the onboarding process for new clients
- • Train clients on ERP and CRM system usage
- • Provide first-level support and troubleshoot client issues
- • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement
- • Coordinate with internal teams regarding client needs
Qualifications
- • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred)
- • Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Success, Client Support, or similar; ERP/CRM experience preferred
- • Skills: Communication, training, problem-solving, organizational skills, client-oriented
- • Languages: Arabic and English fluent; Kurdish preferred
