Our client, a leading company in the FMCG sector specializing in the production and distribution of consumer products in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to join their team and play a key role in the company’s success

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
10,000,000- 12,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
- • Analyze the market, competitors, and identify growth opportunities and new channels.
- • Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure product availability.
- • Lead the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance.
- • Provide coaching and field support to enhance team capability.
- • Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- • Handle negotiations and resolve customer issues effectively.
- • Oversee order processing, pricing, and delivery operations.
- • Monitor receivables and support collection processes.
- • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
- • Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and events.
- • Provide market feedback to support product development and pricing
Qualifications
- • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with strong FMCG background (preferably juices or food products).
- • Nationality: Iraqi or Egyptian.
