Our client, a leading company specialized in the field of Telecommunication, Information Technology, Software Solutions, Digital Transformation Solutions, and Advanced Technical Services in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified technician (on call) to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

Salary range
2000$ - 2500$ + per call/Hour Fees

Responsibilities
- emergency response (on call)
- Device maintenance
- Managing rack & stack services
- operational support
- systems checking and monitoring
Qualifications
- resident in Baghdad
- 2 years of experience
- Strong skills in handling equipment and following electrical discharge (ESD) safety standards.
- Good knowledge of the basics of the Linux system and the VMware platform for operational tasks.
- The ability to write clear and accurate reports (in Arabic or English).
- nice-to-have: Previous experience with HPE, Dell, or Supermicro servers, Familiarity with data center access procedures and coordination with Network Management Centers (NOCs).
- Engagement model: Monthly retainer + per-incident (or hourly) fees. Negotiable.
