Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s construction projects.
- Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Manage contractors and monitor their performance.
- Follow up on work progress and ensure projects are executed according to the required specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering and administrative teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and the allocated budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in major construction projects.
- Proven track record in executing and delivering projects within the required timeline and budget.
- Experience in real estate development and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in P6 Primavera or equivalent software.
- Experience with FIDIC contracts.
- Availability of recommendations from previous employers.
