Female Sales Representative

Our client, a leading company in the Retail sector, is seeking a qualified Female Sales Representative to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Salary range
500,000 - 650,000 per month + Incentive

Responsibilities
- Actively engage customers, present retail products, and assist in selecting items that meet their needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain product display standards, ensuring merchandise is properly arranged, fully stocked, and clean.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS cash register system and manage cash/card payments.Address customer inquiries, handle returns or exchanges, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS/checkout systems.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
