Responsibilities
- Oversee overall business operations, set performance goals, and ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and overall business performance to ensure profitability and financial stability.
- Lead and develop management teams, establish KPIs, evaluate performance, and ensure accountability across departments.
- Report to and collaborate with the Board of Directors and CEO on strategic decisions, business performance, and long-term organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in the relevant industry or field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a senior managerial or executive leadership position.
- An MBA is preferred.
