Responsibilities
- • Formulate and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational expansion goals.
- • Lead executive talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
- • Design competitive compensation & benefits structures and performance frameworks (KPIs/OKRs).
- • Drive employee engagement, high-performance culture, and a healthy work environment.
- • Ensure labor law compliance and lead the strategic HR management team.
Qualifications
- • 7–10+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Head of HR / HR Director).
- • Proven success in institutionalizing HR functions and managing organizational change.
- • Bachelor's degree required; professional HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, or MBA) preferred.
- • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic people management skills.
