Our client, a leading company in the shopping mall sector, is seeking a qualified Leasing Executive to join their team and play a key role in managing tenant relationships and supporting the company’s leasing operations.

Working time
9am - 5pm / 6 Days a week
Salary range
2,000,000 - 2,500,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Attract and onboard new tenants while monitoring vacant units and retail spaces.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants..
- Negotiate leasing terms and coordinate the follow-up of tenant contracts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tenant relations and commercial leasing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, or shopping malls.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
