Our client who is one of the largest and 1st established shopping centers in Baghdad, Is seeking a qualified Leasing Manager to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the establishment.

9 Hours per day / 6 Days a week

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify, attract, and secure local, regional, and international retail brands and tenants for the shopping mall.
- Lead all leasing activities including prospecting, tenant sourcing, negotiations, lease closures, and renewals.
- Maintain high occupancy levels through proactive leasing efforts and retailer relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging retail brands suitable for the mall.
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications teams to support mall branding and leasing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of retail leasing experience, preferably within shopping malls or commercial real estate.
- Strong network with local and international retail brands.
- Proven experience in lease negotiations and tenant acquisition.
- Strong understanding of shopping mall operations and tenant mix strategy.
- Strong analytical and market research abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
