Responsibilities
- • Formulate and execute integrated marketing and brand growth strategies to drive revenue and market share.
- • Lead and mentor the marketing team, content creators, and external agencies to hit performance KPIs (CAC, ROAS, ROI).
- • Shape brand positioning, messaging, and manage large-scale marketing budgets efficiently.
- • Leverage market insights, consumer behavior data, and competitive analysis to identify new growth vectors.
- • Align closely with C-level leadership and sales to ensure revenue target attainment.
Qualifications
- • 7–10+ years of comprehensive marketing experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- • Demonstrated track record in orchestrating large-scale multi-channel campaigns and scaling brand presence.
- • Strong analytical and strategic mindset across performance marketing, brand equity, and budget allocation.
- • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Marketing preferred.
