A masterminds client, a leading company in the watches and jewelry sector, is seeking a qualified marketing officer to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

1000 - 1300 $

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies
- Assist in planning and executing ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, and event-based campaigns
- Execute the CRM strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and activations
- Support the management of the marketing budget, tracking spending and ensuring cost efficiency
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
