Our client, a leading company in the logistics sector sector, is seeking a qualified Operations Excellence & ERP Specialist to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

1,000 $ - 1,500 $

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SOPs for all company departments.
- Implement and optimize ERP processes across the organization.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs from all departments.
- Identify process gaps, operational issues, and root causes.
- Recommend process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
- Collaborate with department managers to improve operational performance.
- Prepare management reports with insights and action plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with ERP systems and business process improvement.
- Experience in developing SOPs and process documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in logistics or courier companies is preferred.
