Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- • Supervise the sales and marketing team to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- • Prepare sales plans and monitor performance to meet business targets.
- • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors’ activities.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- • Monitor performance indicators and prepare periodic reports for management.
- • Continuously improve sales and marketing processes to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- • Proven experience in sales and marketing management.
- • Strong leadership and team management skills.
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- • Good command of English (written and spoken).
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
