Masterminds Recruitment is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team for a beauty & contact lenses brand in Baghdad (Al-Saydiya) 💼

7 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,000,000 IQD for first 3 months, increasing to 1,500,000 IQD + Sales Commission

Responsibilities
- • Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the sales team on a daily basis.
- • Set monthly sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement.
- • Develop sales strategies to boost revenue and conversion across retail and wholesale channels.
- • Analyze sales reports and data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.

Qualifications
- • Proven track record in sales management and meeting sales targets.
- • Strong leadership, negotiation, and data analytical skills.
- • Industry background in Retail, E-commerce, or Beauty/Cosmetics is preferred.
- • Proficiency in Excel or CRM software is a plus.
