Our client, a leading company in the real estate marketing sector, is seeking a qualified Sales Representative to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Salary range
750,000- 1,500,000 per month

Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and engage potential clients and investors interested in real estate opportunities.
- ales & Negotiation: Present available properties, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively to meet monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Awareness: Stay up to date with real estate market trends and pricing to provide clients with informed, professional guidance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; real estate sales experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
