Responsibilities
- Receiving and welcoming customers and providing professional service.
- Understanding customer requirements and offering appropriate consultation on the requested services.
- Estimating job costs and preparing price quotations.
- Reviewing completed work before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is considered an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
