Our client, who is a leading company specialized in home furniture, home décor, and home textile solutions in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified Sales Supervisor to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company
Location
Baghdad - Doura.
Working time
shifts (morning or evening), 8 hours per shift. / 6 Days a week
Salary range
IQD 1,250,000- IQD 2,000,000

Responsibilities
- • Lead and supervise the sales team inside the showroom to achieve sales targets.
- • Deliver excellent customer service and successfully close sales.
- • Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and train new employees.
- • Ensure strong product knowledge and proper application of sales techniques.
- • Handle customer complaints professionally.
- • Oversee showroom organization, promotional displays, and inventory management.
- • Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.
Qualifications
- • Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or furniture.
- • Proven experience or strong capability in leading a team (Team Leader / Supervisor).
- • Good communication and organizational skills.
- • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- • Willingness to work 6 days per week.
