Responsibilities
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proven experience leading a team or supervising marketing staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Good knowledge of marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and social media strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Qualifications
- Develop and implement marketing plans and social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Lead the marketing team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Supervise content creation, post scheduling, and the management of social media platforms.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
