- Define product development strategy aligned with business goals.
- Supervise designers, engineers, and R&D specialists.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to align new products with customer needs.
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and product launch processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cost requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years product development experience, with leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of CAD, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
