Sales Manager

Our client, a leading company in the HVAC sector, is looking for Lead sales of a premium European industrial pump portfolio across Iraq, with revenue responsibility across oil & gas, water treatment, pharma, and industrial process markets to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Baghdad - Al Sinak
Working time
7 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
3,000,000 - 6,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Deliver annual sales targets across project and distribution channels
- Own key accounts: EPC contractors, consultants, plant operators, government procurement
- Drive product specification with engineering consultants at design stage
- Manage pricing, quotations, and margins within commercial policy
- Report monthly on pipeline, wins/losses, and market intelligence
Qualifications
- 4+ years in industrial pump sales
- Track record in Iraq's O&G or industrial sector; EPC and consultant relationships preferred
- Technical competence in pump selection and sizing; engineering degree preferred
- Experience with a major pump OEM or distributor a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
- Arabic and English fluency; Baghdad-based or willing to relocate
