Sales Manager

Our client, a leading company in the HVAC sector, is looking to expand it's business to the oil and gas sector, and seeking a qualified Sales Manager to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.
Location
Baghdad - Al Sinak
Working time
7 Hours per day / 6 Days a week
Salary range
3,000,000 - 6,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets across project and distribution channels.
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, including EPC contractors, engineering consultants, plant operators, and government entities.
- Drive product specification with engineering consultants during the design stage of projects.
- Prepare quotations, manage pricing strategies, and maintain target profit margins.
- Monitor sales pipeline, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in industrial pump sales.
- Proven experience within Iraq's oil & gas or industrial sectors.
- Strong network with EPC contractors and engineering consultants is highly preferred.
- Technical knowledge of industrial pump selection and sizing.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
- Previous experience with a major industrial pump manufacturer (OEM) or distributor is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Based in Baghdad or willing to relocate.
