1. About Our Services
Masterminds provides recruitment and headhunting, Employer of Record (EOR) and staffing services, CV writing, visa and work-permit support, HR consulting and training, and ERP (Odoo) implementation services.
The content of this website is provided for general information only. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of employment, or professional, legal, or financial advice. **All client engagements are governed exclusively by a signed service agreement or statement of work between Masterminds and the client.** In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of this website by, any third party. You must not:
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including in CVs or job applications);- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected database;- introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful material;- scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users, candidates, or job postings without our written consent;- use the website to send unsolicited commercial communications.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or job portal at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
3. Job Applications and Candidates
- Submitting an application through our job portal does not create an employment relationship with Masterminds or any client, and does not guarantee an interview, placement, or employment.- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit. Masterminds may verify the information contained in your CV and supporting documents as part of pre-employment screening.- By submitting your CV or application, you consent to Masterminds processing and sharing your professional profile with prospective employers as described in our [Privacy Policy](#).- Candidates are placed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq, including Iraqi labor law.
4. Client Terms
- Recruitment, staffing, and EOR services are provided only under a signed agreement that sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, guarantees (such as any replacement guarantee), and other conditions.-**Non-solicitation:** clients and prospective clients agree not to directly solicit, approach, or engage candidates introduced by Masterminds outside the agreed process. Engaging an introduced candidate directly — whether for the client or on behalf of any other party — entitles Masterminds to its full service fee as set out in the applicable agreement.-**No refunds:** all service fees, once due and paid, are non-refundable. Where a signed agreement provides a guarantee — such as the candidate replacement guarantee — the client's sole and exclusive remedy is the one stated in that agreement (for example, the provision of a replacement candidate at no additional cost) and does not include any refund of fees paid.- Quotations, proposals, and pricing published or communicated by Masterminds are valid only as stated in the relevant proposal and are subject to written confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and downloadable materials — is the property of Masterminds or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction, distribution, or modification without our prior written consent is prohibited. يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى الموقع أو بوابة التوظيف في أي وقت إذا توفرت لدينا أسباب معقولة للاعتقاد بأنك خالفت هذه الشروط.
3. طلبات التوظيف والمرشحون
-تقديم طلب عبر بوابة التوظيف لا يُنشئ علاقة عمل مع ماستر مايندز أو أي من عملائها، ولا يضمن الحصول على مقابلة أو تعيين أو توظيف.-أنت مسؤول عن دقة واكتمال جميع المعلومات التي تقدمها. ويحق لماستر مايندز التحقق من المعلومات الواردة في سيرتك الذاتية ومستنداتك الداعمة ضمن إجراءات الفحص السابق للتوظيف.-بتقديمك سيرتك الذاتية أو طلبك، فإنك توافق على قيام ماستر مايندز بمعالجة ملفك المهني ومشاركته مع أصحاب العمل المحتملين وفق ما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.-يتم تعيين المرشحين وفقاً للقوانين النافذة في جمهورية العراق، بما في ذلك قانون العمل العراقي.
4. شروط العملاء
-تُقدَّم خدمات التوظيف والتشغيل وخدمات صاحب العمل بالنيابة (EOR) بموجب اتفاقية موقعة فقط تحدد النطاق والرسوم وشروط الدفع والضمانات (مثل ضمان الاستبدال) وسائر الشروط.-**عدم الالتفاف:** يوافق العملاء والعملاء المحتملون على عدم التواصل المباشر مع المرشحين المقدَّمين من ماستر مايندز أو استقطابهم أو التعاقد معهم خارج الآلية المتفق عليها. وفي حال التعاقد المباشر مع مرشح مقدَّم من ماستر مايندز — سواء لصالح العميل أو نيابةً عن أي طرف آخر — يحق لماستر مايندز استيفاء كامل رسوم الخدمة المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية المعمول بها.-**عدم استرداد الرسوم:** جميع رسوم الخدمات المستحقة والمدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد. وحيثما تنص اتفاقية موقعة على ضمان — مثل ضمان استبدال المرشح — يكون التعويض الوحيد والحصري للعميل هو المنصوص عليه في تلك الاتفاقية (كتقديم مرشح بديل دون أي تكلفة إضافية)، ولا يشمل ذلك استرداد أي رسوم مدفوعة.-تكون عروض الأسعار والمقترحات الصادرة عن ماستر مايندز سارية وفق ما هو مبيّن في المقترح ذي الصلة فقط، وتخضع للتأكيد الخطي.
5. الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات هذا الموقع — بما في ذلك النصوص والرسومات والشعارات والصور وتصاميم الصفحات والمواد القابلة للتنزيل — مملوكة لماستر مايندز أو للجهات المرخِّصة لها، ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية النافذة. يجوز لك الاطلاع على المحتوى وتنزيله وطباعته للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري فقط، ويُحظر أي نسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل آخر دون موافقتنا الخطية المسبقة. إن اسم "Master Minds" وشعار ماستر مايندز علامتان تجاريتان لشركة العقول المبدعة للخدمات العامة.
