**From candidates and job applicants:**- Identity and contact details: full name, date of birth, nationality, phone number, email, address;- CV and career data: work history, education, qualifications, certificates, skills, languages, references, photo (if included in your CV), salary expectations;- Where you proceed to placement or employment: civil/identification documents, work-permit and visa information, and other documents required by Iraqi law or the hiring employer.

**From clients and business contacts:**- Company details, contact person names, job titles, phone numbers, email addresses, and information about staffing or project requirements.

**From employees under EOR arrangements:**- Employment contract details, attendance and timesheet records, payroll and salary data, income tax and social security information, bank details for salary payment, and other data required to meet statutory obligations.

**From website visitors:**- Information you submit through contact or application forms;- Technical data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies — see Section 8.

2. How We Collect Data

We collect personal data directly from you (forms on our website, email, phone, WhatsApp, interviews, or documents you provide), from clients (for EOR employees), from publicly available professional sources (such as professional networking platforms), and from references you nominate.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to:

- match candidates with suitable vacancies and present their profiles to prospective employers;- carry out pre-employment screening and verify CV information (with reasonable efforts, as part of our service);- prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding for placed candidates;- administer EOR employment: payroll processing, income tax, social security contributions, attendance reporting, and statutory filings with the relevant Iraqi government departments;- deliver CV-writing, training, visa-support, and consulting services you request;- respond to enquiries and manage our relationship with clients and candidates;- meet our legal obligations under the laws of the Republic of Iraq;- with your consent, send you job opportunities or service updates you may find relevant.

We do not sell personal data to anyone.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only as needed to provide our services:

-**Prospective employers / clients:** candidate profiles and CVs are shared with clients whose vacancies match your profile. 3. كيفية استخدام بياناتك

نستخدم البيانات الشخصية من أجل:

-مطابقة المرشحين مع الشواغر المناسبة وعرض ملفاتهم المهنية على أصحاب العمل المحتملين؛-إجراء الفحص السابق للتوظيف والتحقق من معلومات السيرة الذاتية (ببذل الجهود المعقولة ضمن خدماتنا)؛-إعداد خطابات العرض وعقود العمل وإجراءات المباشرة للمرشحين المعيَّنين؛-إدارة التوظيف بالنيابة (EOR): معالجة الرواتب، وضريبة الدخل، ومساهمات الضمان الاجتماعي، وتقارير الحضور، والتقديمات الرسمية لدى الدوائر الحكومية العراقية المختصة؛-تقديم خدمات كتابة السير الذاتية والتدريب ودعم التأشيرات والاستشارات التي تطلبها؛-الرد على الاستفسارات وإدارة علاقتنا بالعملاء والمرشحين؛-الوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية بموجب قوانين جمهورية العراق؛-وبموافقتك، إرسال فرص عمل أو مستجدات خدمات قد تهمك.

نحن لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية لأي جهة.

4. الجهات التي نشارك البيانات معها

نشارك البيانات الشخصية فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم خدماتنا:

-**أصحاب العمل المحتملون / العملاء:** تُعرض ملفات المرشحين وسيرهم الذاتية على العملاء الذين تتطابق شواغرهم مع ملفك، ولا تُشارك المستندات المدنية الحساسة إلا عند المضي في التعيين.-**الجهات الحكومية:** بخصوص موظفي EOR وخدمات التأشيرات وإجازات العمل، نقدم المعلومات المطلوبة إلى الدوائر الحكومية العراقية المختصة (الضرائب، الضمان الاجتماعي، العمل، الإقامة) وفق ما يقتضيه القانون.-**مزودو الخدمات:** جهات موثوقة تستضيف موقعنا وأنظمتنا وأدوات الاتصال لدينا، وفق التزامات سرية.-**المتطلبات القانونية:** حيثما يكون الإفصاح مطلوباً بموجب القانون أو أمر قضائي أو جهة مختصة.

ونلتزم نحن وعملاؤنا بتعهدات السرية الواردة في اتفاقيات الخدمات فيما يخص بيانات المرشحين والموظفين.

5. تخزين البيانات ونقلها الدولي

تُخزَّن بياناتك في أنظمتنا المستضافة على بنية سحابية آمنة قد تقع خارج العراق (بما في ذلك الاتحاد الأوروبي). ونتخذ خطوات معقولة لضمان تمتع بياناتك بمستوى حماية مناسب أينما تمت معالجتها.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية للمدة اللازمة للأغراض الموضحة أعلاه فقط:

-**بيانات المرشحين:** تُحفظ في قاعدة المواهب لدينا لنتمكن من ترشيحك لفرص مستقبلية، إلى حين طلبك إزالتها؛-**بيانات العملاء والعقود:** يُحتفظ بها طوال مدة العلاقة التجارية وبعدها بالقدر اللازم للأغراض القانونية والمحاسبية والتدقيقية؛-**سجلات التوظيف بالنيابة (EOR):** يُحتفظ بها وفق ما تقتضيه أنظمة العمل والضرائب والضمان الاجتماعي العراقية.

7. أمن البيانات

نطبق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية البيانات الشخصية من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقدان أو سوء الاستخدام أو الإفصاح — بما في ذلك ضوابط الوصول، والصلاحيات المحددة حسب الدور في أنظمتنا، والتزامات السرية على موظفينا. ولا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تماماً، غير أننا نعمل على حماية بياناتك بالعناية المعقولة.
