Our client, a leading company in the events AV coordination  sector, is seeking a qualified Audio/Visuals Technician to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.


Location

Baghdad -  Sa'doon St.

Working time

6-8hrs per day / 6 days per week

Salary range

600,000 iqd + daily commissions

Responsibilities

  • Transport sound systems, LED screens, and other AV equipment to and from event locations.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, installation, and setup of technical equipment.
  • Install, configure, and operate sound systems, LED screens, and related AV equipment.
  • Test all equipment before events to ensure proper operation and readiness.
  • Provide on-site technical support throughout events.
  • Dismantle, pack, clean, and organize equipment after events.
  • Handle company equipment carefully during transportation, installation, operation, and storage.
  • Work closely with the technical team and follow the instructions of the assigned team leader.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate conduct during events.
  • Communicate only with personnel relevant to the technician's assigned responsibilities and avoid involvement in matters outside the scope of the role.
  • Travel to other governorates when required for events.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience or practical knowledge of sound systems, LED screens, or event equipment is highly preferred.
  • Good general computer skills.
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi connectivity and RF/FM frequency concepts, particularly as they relate to wireless AV equipment.
  • Ability to work with electronic equipment, cables, connections, and technical hardware.
  • Comfortable performing physical and hands-on duties, including carrying, installing, dismantling, and cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and flexible regarding working hours and days.
  • Willingness to travel between governorates when required.
  • Professional appearance and conduct during events.
