Our client, a leading company in the restaurants and pastry sector, is seeking a qualified Bakery & Pastry Chef to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage bakery and pastry products while maintaining consistent, high-quality standards.
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure compliance with quality and food production standards.
- Organize the workflow within the department and coordinate with other departments.
- Monitor production quantities, quality, and order preparation based on operational needs.
- Support operations during peak seasons, special events, and new openings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Strong experience in production management within a high-volume operational environment.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Jordanian or Syrian nationalities are preferred
