Our client is a well-established beverage manufacturing company specializing in coffee and fresh juice production in Baghdad. We are seeking a skilled Beverage Mixing & Syrup Preparation Operator to join the production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing syrups and beverage mixes according to approved recipes, operating industrial mixing equipment, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards while supporting daily production targets.

Responsibilities
- Prepare simple syrup and finished syrup according to approved recipes.
- Operate syrup preparation tanks, mixers, pumps, filters, and related equipment.
- * Measure and blend coffee, water, and other raw materials with precision.
- Prepare coffee, juice, and soft drink formulations using standard operating procedures.
- Add flavors, colors, acids, preservatives, stabilizers, and other ingredients accurately.
- Prepare iced coffee products while ensuring proper mixing of dairy ingredients and powders.
- Perform pre-production equipment inspections and verify CIP cleaning status.
- Clean production equipment after each batch.
- Support production targets while following safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee, juice, dairy, or beverage manufacturing.
- Experience operating industrial mixing and production machines.

- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Experience with coffee, juice, or soft drink production is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Brix, pH, acidity, and beverage quality control.
