Responsibilities
- Supervise cake production and ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor and select raw materials used in cake production.
- Improve production processes and reduce material waste.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cake manufacturing or bakery production.
- Strong knowledge of cake ingredients and formulations.
- Hands-on experience with industrial cake production processes
- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
