Our client, a leading company in the Beauty sector, is seeking a qualified Call Center to fill this position and play a vital role in the center overall success.
Location
Baghdad - Palestine Street
Working time
12:00 PM - 8:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
500IQD + Bonus

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to messages social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings within the center
- Clearly and persuasively explain services to clients
- Enter and manage client data in the CRM system
- Follow up and respond to page messages from home after working hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or a call center (required)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle customer objections (pricing, hesitation, etc.)
- Experience in the beauty or dental field is preferred
- Residing near Palestine Street is preferred
