Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership across the Group’s construction, contracting, and infrastructure operations, ensuring alignment between financial performance, project delivery, and long-term business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end financial governance for project-based operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, and project profitability analysis.
• Lead financial management of construction contracts, including BOQs, variations, claims, retention, and milestone-based billing, in close coordination with commercial and project teams.
• Manage group-wide cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury functions to support capital-intensive construction activities and ongoing project commitments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to project delays, cost overruns, contractual exposure, currency fluctuations, and market volatility.
• Establish, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls, policies, and procedures tailored to construction and project-driven environments.
• Oversee financial consolidation, statutory and management reporting, and performance analysis across multiple entities, projects, and operating sites within the Group.
