A Masterminds client who is a leading company specialized in the field of Pharmaceutical Industries in Baghdad, is seeking a qualified CFO to fill this position and play a vital role in the overall success of the company.

Baghdad - Mansour
Working time
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 6 Days a week
Salary range
6,000,000 - 7,000,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the company’s financial strategy to support the achievement of organizational objectives
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports in accordance with approved accounting standards.
- Manage financial planning, annual budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow and efficiently manage working capital.
- Supervise internal and external audit processes and ensure financial and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 10–15 years of experience in the financial field, including at least 5 years in a financial management position
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are preferred
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.
- Experience in auditing processes and financial compliance.
- Full willingness to travel when required.
- Proficiency in ERP financial systems.
