Our client, a leading company in the Medical Field sector, is seeking a qualified Chief Accountant Chef to fill this position and play a vital role in the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring efficient day-to-day financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analyses.
- Monitor inventory valuation, cost accounting, and stock reconciliation within an FMCG environment.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Proven experience in the FMCG industry.
- Expat candidates are strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3–5 years in a Chief Accountant or senior accounting leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
- Experience managing large accounting teams and multi-entity financial operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
