Form 12pm- 7pm 6 days a week

800$ per month

Responsibilities
- * Manage and update the CRM system.
- * Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- * Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent service.
- * Monitor customer satisfaction and prepare performance reports.
- * Identify opportunities to improve customer retention.
Qualifications
- * 2+ years of CRM or Customer Service experience.
- * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- * Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- * Experience in logistics or courier companies is preferred.
